FIGFAR Beam is a system consisting of a physical NFC-enabled Beam Card and a digital profile platform. The purchase of a Beam Card grants ownership of the physical item only. Access to digital services may change, be limited, or require subscriptions in the future.

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer or GCash, which are processed manually by our sales team. Card payments are currently under development and will be available in the future.

Orders are considered confirmed only once payment has been verified, or upon delivery in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.

The listed price applies only to the physical Beam Card unless explicitly stated otherwise. Digital services may include both free and paid features. Certain advanced features, hosting, or future tools may require subscriptions or additional fees.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or remove features, services, or subscription offerings at any time. The physical Beam Card remains valid regardless of changes to the digital platform.

Beam functions like a digital business card. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share through your profile. You acknowledge that any information you make visible is intentionally shared by you with selected recipients.

All content, branding, logos, designs, software, and intellectual property associated with FIGFAR Beam remain the exclusive property of FIGFAR. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by hosting providers, infrastructure failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIGFAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Beam or inability to access the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIGFAR, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of Beam, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, or compromise the integrity of the platform.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
